Associate professor of orthopaedics and traumatology at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital (University of Health Sciences, Istanbul), where he has worked as an orthopaedic surgeon since 2014 and teaches orthopaedic residents. His surgical work centres on limb lengthening and reconstruction: leg lengthening for limb-length discrepancy and deformity, and cosmetic (stature) lengthening in adults. He works with motorised intramedullary lengthening nails (PRECICE, FITBONE), lengthening over a nail, and circular external fixation, including computer-assisted hexapod frames. He co-authored a 41-patient comparison of FITBONE and PRECICE nails (Acta Orthopaedica et Traumatologica Turcica, 2023) and is first author of a 2026 case report on a Precice Stryde nail failure after cosmetic lengthening. MD, Düzce University (2008); orthopaedic residency at Şişli Etfal (2009–2014). Member of ASAMI Turkey, the Turkish society for the Ilizarov methods.
