What we collect

• Inquiry data: name, email, phone, country, budget range, method preference, and message when you submit an inquiry form.
• Review submissions: patient name (or pseudonym), email, rating, review text, surgery date, and any optional verification documents.
• Usage data: page views and basic analytics via privacy-friendly tools (no third-party ad trackers).

How we use it

• To forward your inquiry to the clinic you contacted, or to the clinics you asked us to introduce you to.
• To operate and improve the site.
• To detect and block spam and abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share inquiry data with clinics other than the ones you explicitly contacted or ticked.
• We do not use third-party advertising tracking pixels.

Introductions to clinics

If you ask us for suggestions, we email you a shortlist of the highest-scoring verified clinics for the country you chose. That list is generated from the published Directory Score; no clinic can pay to appear on it, and any clinic that pays us for an enhanced profile is labelled as such where you see it.

Your details reach a clinic only if you tick the box that names the clinics first. We then send those clinics your name, email, phone if you gave one, the country you live in, and your message, so they can reply to you directly. We take no commission and receive nothing for an introduction, and we do not ask the clinic what you decided. To withdraw, email us and we will tell the clinics to delete your details.

Payments

Clinics and specialists who buy a paid profile pay by bank transfer or by card. Card payments are processed by iyzico on its own secure page; we never see or store card numbers. We keep the invoice details (name, company, address, tax ID, amount) as long as tax law requires. Seller details and refund terms are on the terms page.

Retention

Inquiries are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Reviews are retained indefinitely unless we remove them for policy violations.

Your rights

Under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / Turkish KVKK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email contact@limblengtheningclinics.com with your request.
