A clinic cannot get the clinic-page benefits by buying a surgeon profile: that profile changes the surgeon’s own page only. A clinic with several surgeons is better served by the clinic partner profile, which extends every listed surgeon’s bio and adds the team, FAQ, slot and forwarded inquiries.

Search and AI visibility
- Your page lives on the domain Google already ranks for the money queries and that AI assistants cite: Gemini cited this site in 12 of 20 test answers and ChatGPT names it first when asked for a directory of limb lengthening clinics. A richer profile is what those systems read about you.
- 4 clinic-authored articles a year, edited to our standard and published with a labelled link to your own site. Free listings never get a link from an article; partners do.
- Searches for your own name already land here (for example: "os clinic reviews" at position 9.7, "cllc montreal" at position 7.3, "peter thaller" at position 7.1). A 10-photo, 800-word profile with your team and FAQ answers those searches instead of a two-line stub.
- A labelled sponsored slot on the homepage and on your country hub, outside the ranked list, with a clear “Sponsored” label. Presentation, not rank.
Inquiries, honestly
- A patient who writes from your profile, or from your country hub while your slot is showing, is forwarded to your inbox the same day. Flat fee. We take no commission and never learn whether they booked.
- We publish traffic, not promises. Inquiry volume differs by country and by month, and no clinic is promised a number of patients. If someone sells you guaranteed patients from a directory, that is the business model we refuse.
- You get a monthly note: profile views, slot impressions, inquiries forwarded.
- Stop paying and the page returns to the free listing. Nothing else changes: not the score, not the tier, not the reviews.

Who we will invoice
- A verified listing, or one we verify first. No aggregators, no lead brokers.
- Directory Score 3.0 or higher once you have 25+ reviews; hospital-wide scores are exempt.
- In Türkiye, also the Ministry of Health international health-tourism authorisation certificate.

How you pay
- 1
Apply. The form asks for the licence number, the operating surgeon and a billing entity. Nothing is charged and no card is taken.
- 2
We verify. Licence and surgeon are checked against the registers, usually within three working days. If a check fails there is no invoice; you owe nothing.
- 3
You pay against the invoice. It is issued in USD or EUR by the publisher, Melih Koray (registered sole proprietorship, Türkiye), with the tax ID on it. Pay by card through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer in USD or EUR.
One year, paid once. No auto-renewal and no card on file: we write 30 days before the year ends, and if you do not renew, the profile goes back to the free listing. Nothing is deleted and the ranking does not move.
Live within 30 days of receiving your material, or refunded.
How inquiries reach you
A patient fills in the form on your profile or country page. We forward it the same day to the address you give us; the rest is between you and the patient. No commission, no per-patient fee, and we never learn whether anyone booked.

Your page goes back to the free listing; the sponsored slot and the forwarding stop. Reviews, Directory Score, tier and everything we wrote about you stay as they were.
Can I pay for a better position?
No, at any price. Position is the Directory Score, computed from independent reviews on a published formula; paying and free clinics are scored by the same code.
How is the sponsored slot shown?
A block clearly marked "Sponsored" on the homepage and your country hub, outside the ranked list; never on clinic profile or comparison pages, and its links are marked sponsored.
What about clinics in Türkiye?
Your clinic, or the surgeon's own practice, must hold the Ministry of Health international health-tourism authorisation certificate; we check the Ministry's list. No certificate, no paid profile; the free listing is unaffected.
How do inquiries reach me?
On a Founding Partner or Surgeon profile, straight to the inbox you give us, the same day, as part of the flat yearly fee. You answer the patient yourself.
Yearly, by card or bank transfer against an invoice; live within 30 days of receiving your material, or refunded; and never a promise of patients.
