Do you charge for listings?
The editorial listing is free, and always will be. Separately, clinics can buy an Enhanced Profile — more photos, video, an interview, your own articles — which changes only how fully you can present yourself. It never buys a ranking, a review, or a change to what we write. Ask for the partner proposal for pricing and details.
Does the Enhanced Profile improve my ranking?
No — and that is the point. Ranking is your Directory Score, computed from independent reviews on a published formula. Payment cannot move it, cannot change a rating, and cannot alter your editorial tier. A Partner and a free listing are scored identically.
How long does the review take?
10–14 business days from the day we receive your application. If we need additional evidence (registry IDs, photos, accreditation copies), we email you a short, specific list.
Can we remove our listing later?
Yes, any time, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from your clinic domain and we remove it within 48 hours.
