By Directory Score — a single published number used only to sort. It normalises every independent rating a clinic holds to a five-point scale, weights each platform by how hard it is to inflate (Google first, Trustpilot second, doctor-booking sites capped low), and pulls thin evidence back toward the field average so a handful of friendly reviews cannot lift a clinic to the top.

A clinic is only eligible to be scored with a real base: at least 30 reviews on one platform and 40 across all of them. Below that it is listed as Unranked and sorts after the scored clinics — absence of evidence, not a verdict.

Position is never for sale, and neither is a rating. A paid profile buys presentation — more photos, a longer description, an interview — and nothing that moves a clinic up this page.
