Bangkok has three verified clinics, all inside hospitals. Vejthani, JCI-accredited and international by design, runs a lengthening programme with PRECICE 2, LON and external fixation on a six-to-nine-month cycle. MedPark, another JCI private hospital, publishes lengthening content authored by a paediatric-deformity surgeon who also practises at other Bangkok hospitals. Siriraj is the academic reconstructive service, with peer-reviewed Ilizarov work on congenital conditions. No price is published by any of them; multilingual patient services are standard, and Suvarnabhumi Airport connects to most of the world. The caution is arithmetic: Vejthani's lead surgeon and Siriraj's are the same person, in private and academic roles, so three listings are two surgical teams. Choose the surgeon, then the hospital.
