Background
Dr. Feldman earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (1988), interned in general surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center, completed his orthopaedic surgery residency there (finishing June 1993), and a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic and spine surgery at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He was previously Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatrics and Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center/NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. At Paley Institute he directs the Spinal Deformity and Hip Preservation Centers, with more than 25 years of experience in pediatric orthopedics, spinal deformity and joint preservation, subspecializing in scoliosis, arthrogryposis, multiple hereditary exostosis and skeletal dysplasias.
