The University of Miami's limb lengthening practice is led by a surgeon trained at HSS and dual-fellowship-trained in orthopaedic oncology and limb deformity, covering lengthening, short stature and bone-defect reconstruction; no device is named publicly. Nicklaus Children's has a long-established paediatric programme with published PRECICE, Ilizarov and Taylor Spatial Frame capability, but on current evidence it is unstaffed for lengthening: the programme page names no physician, its associated surgeons have moved on, and it is advertising for a replacement.
