Background
Dr. Fuller earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency there as well. He undertook a pediatric orthopedics fellowship at Rady Children's Hospital and a second fellowship in limb lengthening and advanced limb deformity at St. Mary's Medical Center (the hospital housing the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute). He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and treats conditions including fibular and tibial hemimelia, congenital femoral deficiency, Blount's disease and skeletal dysplasia, using the Precice magnetic nail and Taylor Spatial Frame among other techniques.
