Delivery
- What we sell is a digital service: a one-year enhanced profile in our directory. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping fee.
- Once payment is received and you have sent your material (photos, videos, texts), we publish the profile within 30 days and confirm by email with the live link.
- The one-year term starts on the day the profile goes live, not the day you pay.
Cancellation
Write to contact@limblengtheningclinics.com from the address you ordered with and name the order. We confirm within 2 working days.
Refunds
- Before your profile goes live: full refund, whatever the reason.
- Not live within 30 days because of a delay on our side: full refund, on request.
- Consumers (a buyer acting outside a trade or profession) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from payment. If you ask us to publish the profile inside those 14 days, the right ends once the profile is live, as the Distance Contracts Regulation allows.
- After your profile goes live: the service has been delivered, so the current term is not refundable. You can ask us to take the enhanced content down at any time; your free listing stays.
- Removed for a breach (false credentials, a lost licence, an attempt to buy reviews or rank): no refund.
Refunds go back the way you paid: to the same card through iyzico, or to the paying bank account, within 14 days of our confirmation. A card refund can take a few more days to appear, depending on your bank.

Teslimat: Satılan hizmet dijitaldir (dizinde bir yıllık genişletilmiş profil); kargo ve kargo ücreti yoktur. Ödeme ve içerik (fotoğraf, video, metin) alındıktan sonra profil en geç 30 gün içinde yayına alınır ve bağlantısı e-postayla bildirilir. Bir yıllık süre, profilin yayına girdiği gün başlar.
İptal: Siparişi verdiğiniz e-posta adresinden contact@limblengtheningclinics.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; 2 iş günü içinde onaylanır.
İade: Profil yayına girmeden önce her durumda tam iade. Bizden kaynaklı gecikmeyle 30 gün içinde yayına alınamazsa talep üzerine tam iade. Tüketicilerin ödemeden itibaren 14 günlük cayma hakkı vardır; profilin bu süre içinde yayına alınmasını isterseniz, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca cayma hakkı hizmetin ifasıyla sona erer. Yayına girdikten sonra içinde bulunulan dönem iade edilmez. Kurallara aykırılık nedeniyle kaldırılan profillere iade yapılmaz. İade, ödemenin yapıldığı yönteme (iyzico üzerinden aynı karta veya ödeme yapılan banka hesabına) onaydan itibaren 14 gün içinde yapılır.
