What we sell

We sell one-year enhanced profiles in our directory to clinics, surgeons and physiotherapists. We do not sell medical services, and patients never pay us anything. A free listing stays free.

Founding Partner (clinic): $690 a year, or $1,190 for two years paid upfront. First 15 clinics only.
Clinic partner (standard rate): $1,490 a year.
Specialist profile: $390 a year, for one surgeon or physiotherapist.

What each plan includes is listed on List your clinic. Money never buys rank, Directory Score, tier or reviews. Prices are in US dollars; we can invoice the same amount in euros.

How an order works

You apply online. Nothing is charged.
We verify the clinic or specialist (licence, surgeon, and for clinics in Türkiye the Ministry of Health international health-tourism authorisation) within 3 working days.
If you qualify, we email the order confirmation and an invoice, or a secure card payment link.
The contract starts when payment is received.

Payment

Bank transfer in USD or EUR against our invoice.
Card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment link processed by iyzico. Card details are entered on iyzico's page; we never see or store them.

Bank and card fees on the payer's side are paid by the payer. Renewal is never automatic: we email you before the year ends, and you decide.

Delivery

The service is digital; nothing is shipped. Once payment is received and you have sent your material (photos, videos, texts), we publish the enhanced profile within 30 days and confirm by email. The one-year term starts on the day the profile goes live, not the day you pay.

Cancellation and refunds

Before your profile goes live: cancel any time by email for a full refund.
Not live within 30 days because of a delay on our side: full refund, on request.
After your profile goes live: the service has been delivered, so the current term is not refundable. You can ask us to take the enhanced content down at any time; your free listing stays.
Removed for a breach (false credentials, a lost licence, an attempt to buy reviews or rank): no refund.

Refunds go back the way you paid: to the same card through iyzico, or to the paying bank account, within 14 days of our confirmation. Card refunds can take a few more days to appear, depending on your bank.

Business customers

Paid profiles are sold to clinics and practitioners for their business. Where a buyer is a consumer under Turkish law, the rules of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply, and the refund terms above are at least as favourable as those rules.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu. Please write to us first; most questions are settled by email.
