France has eight listed centres, and six are public university-hospital services — Necker in Paris, AP-HM in Marseille, the CHUs of Toulouse, Lyon, Rennes and La Réunion — doing paediatric and reconstructive lengthening with motorised nails, billed through the public system. A private Nantes clinic has a published PRECICE series but works in French only. The one cosmetic name, the Guichet practice in Marseille, is marketing-forward and splits its time between Marseille, Milan and London. Nobody publishes a price. Expect French-language paperwork, Doctolib booking, and no cosmetic appetite at the public hospitals: they take medical indications, not height requests.
