The method is external fixation using a fixator system he patented in Peru and uses only at his own clinic; no PRECICE or other internal nail is confirmed. The practice is Spanish-only with no documented international patient programme, and no price is published. The caution follows from the device: a national patent is not an outcome series, so ask for published results and complication figures for the HMC system before treating it as equivalent to established frames.
