Ukraine has two listed clinics, one outside Kyiv and one in Zaporizhzhia, both external-fixator practices: the Kyiv clinic, founded in 1992, uses its own patented Veklich frame, and the Zaporizhzhia family clinic uses Ilizarov. Neither offers internal nails, and neither publishes a price — the operation is quoted on request. Travel is the hard part: Ukrainian airspace has been closed to civilian flights since February 2022, so patients enter overland from Poland or Moldova, and Zaporizhzhia lies close to the front line. Cosmetic-lengthening volume at the Zaporizhzhia clinic is documented only on its own site, so ask for independent evidence.
